What’s your cancellation policy?

FULL REFUND: You must notify us with at least 7 days in advance of your intent to cancel.  When cancelling, please call us and speak with a representative as this is the best way to ensure we receive timely notification.  You may also email, text, and/or leave a voice message of your cancellation, however, we will not honor notification of unreceived emails, texts, and/or voice mail messages.

PARTIAL REFUND:  Cancellations made within 7 days, but more than 48 hours prior to your event will receive a partial refund of payments made minus the deposit.  You will be offered a Rain Check for the amount of your deposit.

NO REFUNDS: We will not refund and payments made if you decide to cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled event and 100% of the balance will be due.  Cancellations made in such short notice limits our ability to book the cancelled items to other customers.  However, you will be offered a Rain Check for the amount paid which can be used on any other rental.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: If it is raining on the day of your event and/or very windy, cancellation without penalty of payment of balance in full can occur as long as you notify us prior to the departure of our delivery vehicles or 8 AM whichever is earlier.  If cancellation was made with appropriate notice and payment in full was made, then we will refund the payment minus the deposit.  A Rain Check will be given for the deposit amount.

JUMP and PARTY EVENTS reserves the right to cancel a rental if in our opinion weather conditions create a dangerous situation to participants, Jump and Party Events staff, and/or our equipment.  A high chance of rain, thunder storms, and/or high winds for the day of the event are likely to result in cancellation of all our outside events.

RAIN CHECKS can be used and are valid for 180 days (6 months) and can be applied on any available rental items we carry so long as they meet the rental minimums and requirements.

LOCATION CANCELLATIONS:  If upon delivery it is determined that the set up area and/or pathway to the set up area are either inaccessible, filled with excess pet droppings, sharp objects, bulky rocks, excess mud, unsafe, to narrow; then we will be forced to cancel the setup and you will be billed for the total balance due.  It is the responsability of the customer to ensure that the location is suitable for installation/setup of our equipment.
